VMS Control Freaks robotics team

Students and parents from Vicksburg Middle School Robotics - FTC Control Freaks team toured our Custom Fabrication facility Saturday morning. They were able to see the steps needed to fabricate several aluminum bodies for this year's robot. The students had created the Cad file themselves and helped take the drawing to final parts. They saw the laser cut several robot bodies and then how to deburr the parts. They operated a DA sander with a Scotch-Brite pad to prepping the parts. They also saw how to bend them using our newest press brake. Thank you to Steve Ringler, Darren Ringler and Chad Hillard who helped to demonstrate the process. They did an outstanding job!
