Industrial Group Manager (Piping and Millwright Operations)

    1. Requirements:

• College degree preferred although not a firm requirement, preferably a BS in an engineering field or construction management. 
• Previous P&L experience.  
• Previous industrial piping experience, preferably in either food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries.  (since a majority of our work is piping, a fairly strong industrial piping background is important to be successful.
• Customer savvy individual that can sell our services to our customers.

 

    2. Reports to Chief Operating Officer of the company

    3. Other:

• Will manage 7-10 Industrial Group project managers
• Will manage Pipe Fabrication Manager who will oversee two (2) Pipe Fabrication shops
• Will manage the Estimating Group (3-4 estimators)
• Will manage our Industrial Group revenue/operations – annual revenue in range of $25M - $30M
• Due to the importance of the position, relocation candidates will be considered.
