Thomas R. Soule founded T.R. Soule & Son in 1946 as a small residential plumbing contractor. His son Warren transitioned the name to W. Soule & Company, and incorporated it in 1966. Their values were simple: Treat your employees and customers well. Today, under the principle ownership of John Soule, the third generation of the Soule family, as well as the leadership of the Executive Management Team, W. Soule & Company has grown and developed into a well-established, nationally-recognized, multi-trade industrial contractor by espousing those same simple Core Values. Our roots are in Southwest Michigan, but our reach is national. From our primary facilities in Michigan, as well as a regional office in Orlando, Florida, W. Soule & Company will meet any contracting need of the industrial community regardless of location throughout North America.
