Securing material at an appropriate price is a vital part of keeping projects and customers on budget.
Our centralized purchasing group is unique to the contractor industry. Instead of project managers securing their own materials, our trained procurement team secures materials and allows us to pool materials for a better purchasing price and control costs over multiple locations including out of state work.
We source from a very large base of local, regional, and national master distributors. Relationships with manufacturers and specialty shops help us to purchase items that may not be carried by distributors - large amounts of material and specialty products.
Our corporate purchasing process has employees at each location who acquire materials in the same way, helping to streamline our accounting practices and control unnecessary costs.

Our fleet of pickup trucks, stake bed trucks and semi trucks help us to move material to and from job sites with ease. We also have negotiated terms in place with trucking companies for supplemental delivery arrangements.
Four of our locations have on-site inventory of hardware, consumables and tools. This material is tracked to know what is on hand and when material needs to be ordered. This also tracks tools taken for and returned from projects in the shop and onsite, reducing the number of missing tools and replacement costs.
