Kalamazoo, MI - One of the largest mechanical contractors in southwest Michigan, W. Soule & Company has signed a lease to occupy up to 70,000 SF at Midlink's East Building to accommodate its expanding fabrication operations. Growth in the renewable fuels industry is creating more business for the manufacturing company, which added 20 workers at this new facility.

Our move to Midlink provides a great opportunity to expand our fabrication and manufacturing services for several key customers in the renewable fuels industry. It helps position W. Soule on the leading edge of another growth industry. Although several ethanol plants are under construction in Michigan, the equipment that W. Soule is manufacturing will go primarily to ethanol plants in the Midwest. We see strong opportunity in this industry that produces fuel from corn, soybeans, and other renewable resources. For the next couple of years, there's a huge demand."

Soule & Company, with five locations throughout Michigan including Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, and Grand Rapids, and one location in the Southeast (Orlando, Florida) is an industrial contractor specializing in industrial process piping, sheet metal fabrication, tank fabrication, millwright services, general construction, and 24-hour HVAC/R maintenance and service.
