Clemens Boiler System

Challenge

Under the direction of Gray Construction, Clemens Food Group built a new pork processing plant and W. Soule installed the boiler system to produce steam for the plant’s process system.

W. Soule installed the three 60,000 lb. boilers, dearator and surge tanks, water softener and associated piping to provide steam throughout the plant.

Highlights

Due to delivery timing of the boilers and project timeline, much of the piping had to be installed before the boilers were set. Accurate dimensions were critical to ensure a proper alignment with the boilers.
